For the BindrTCG mobile application

This Privacy Policy explains how BindrTCG collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the BindrTCG mobile application.

BindrTCG is owned and operated by an individual developer. In this Privacy Policy, “BindrTCG,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the developer of the BindrTCG app.

1. About BindrTCG

BindrTCG is a virtual trading card binder app. Users can create digital binders, customize binder pages, add cards or images to grid layouts, upload binder covers and page backgrounds, and share binder page images outside the app.

BindrTCG is available worldwide.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide, operate, secure, and improve BindrTCG.

Account Information

Users can use BindrTCG as a guest and may later sync their guest account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.

When you sign in or sync your account using Apple or Google, we may collect and store limited account information, including:

• A unique user ID
• Guest account identifier
• Apple or Google authentication identifier, where applicable
• Email address provided by Apple or Google, where applicable
• Account sync status

We use your email address only to show which account you are currently logged into, help identify your account, support account syncing, and assist with account-related support or deletion requests.

If you use Apple Sign-In and choose to hide your email, Apple may provide us with a private relay email address instead of your real email address.

We do not sell your email address or use it for third-party advertising.

Binder and App Content

When you use BindrTCG, we may store content and settings that you create inside the app, including:

• Binder names
• Binder page count
• Binder border style
• Binder cover color
• Binder cover image
• Binder page layouts
• Grid slot images
• Page background images
• Card placement and layout data
• Selected card IDs
• Selected card names
• Card image or download URLs from third-party card data providers

This information is used to save, display, and restore your virtual binders and binder pages.

Uploaded Images

Users may upload images for binder covers, grid slots, and page backgrounds. Uploaded images are private to the user account that uploaded them. We do not make uploaded images publicly searchable or publicly visible inside the app.

However, if you choose to share a binder page outside the app, the shared image may include your uploaded images, card images, page background, binder layout, and other visible content from that page. Once you share content outside BindrTCG, it may be handled by the app, service, or person you share it with, and we cannot control how third parties use or distribute it.

Card Data

BindrTCG may display trading card information from third-party card data providers, including TCGDex.

We may store limited card-related information selected by the user, such as:

• Card ID
• Card name
• Card image or download URL
• Card position in a binder page

This helps the app recreate your binder pages and display selected card information.

BindrTCG is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or any other trading card rights holder unless explicitly stated.

All trademarks, card names, card images, logos, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Subscription and Purchase Information

BindrTCG may offer free features and paid subscription features. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card number, debit card number, bank account details, or other payment card information.

We may store limited subscription-related information needed to unlock paid features, such as:

• Subscription status
• Product or plan identifier
• Purchase platform
• Renewal or entitlement status
• Transaction-related identifiers provided by Apple or Google

This information is used to provide access to paid features and manage subscription access.

Analytics and App Usage Information

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app and to improve BindrTCG.

Analytics information may include:

• App opens
• Screens viewed
• Binder creation events
• Feature usage
• Subscription screen views
• Button interactions
• Device type
• Operating system version
• App version
• General usage and performance information

We do not use Firebase Analytics to show third-party ads.

Crash Logs and Diagnostics

BindrTCG does not currently use a dedicated crash reporting tool, but we may add crash reporting or diagnostic tools in the future to help identify bugs, crashes, and performance issues.

If added, crash and diagnostic data may include device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, error logs, and performance data. This information would be used to fix bugs, improve stability, and maintain the app.

Push Notifications

BindrTCG may send push notifications for app updates, new feature announcements, marketing or promotional messages, and subscription-related offers or reminders.

To send notifications, we may collect and store a push notification token linked to your device or account. You can disable push notifications at any time from your device settings.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and maintain user accounts
• Allow guest users to use the app
• Sync guest accounts with Apple or Google login
• Display the email address linked to your signed-in Apple or Google account so you can identify which account you are using
• Save and display binders and binder pages
• Store uploaded images privately for the user
• Display selected trading card data
• Generate shareable binder page images
• Manage subscriptions and paid feature access
• Improve app design, performance, and reliability
• Understand app usage through analytics
• Send app updates, marketing, and promotional notifications
• Detect, prevent, and resolve technical issues
• Comply with legal, platform, and security requirements

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers only when needed to operate BindrTCG.

Firebase and Google Cloud Services

BindrTCG uses Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Realtime Database, Firebase Cloud Functions, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Storage. These services help us provide authentication, database storage, image storage, analytics, and backend functionality.

Apple and Google

If you use Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, App Store purchases, or Google Play purchases, Apple or Google may process information according to their own privacy policies and platform rules. We do not receive or store your payment card details from Apple or Google.

TCGDex and Card Data Providers

BindrTCG uses TCGDex to display trading card data and card images. When the app requests card data, limited technical information may be processed by the card data provider as part of normal internet requests. BindrTCG does not intentionally send your private uploaded images or personal account content to TCGDex.

Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect the security of the app, prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse, enforce our rights, or protect users.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. User binder data and uploaded images are stored using Firebase and Google Cloud services. Uploaded images are intended to remain private to the user account that uploaded them.

However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

We keep account data, binder data, uploaded images, subscription status, and related app data for as long as your account remains active or as long as needed to provide BindrTCG.

If you delete content or delete your account, we begin deleting associated data from our systems, subject to technical, legal, security, and backup limitations.

Deleted Images and Garbage Ledger

When images are deleted, BindrTCG may temporarily place image deletion records in a garbage ledger before permanent deletion.

A scheduled cleanup process runs approximately every 12 hours and deletes images that have been in the garbage ledger for more than 6 hours. This means deleted images are not always removed instantly, but they are intended to be permanently deleted after the cleanup process runs.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your BindrTCG account from inside the app.

When you delete your account, we delete data associated with your account, including:

• Account identifier
• Email address linked to the account, where applicable
• Binder data
• Binder pages
• Uploaded images
• Stored card selections
• App data associated with your user ID

Some limited information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, deletion queues, or systems required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or technical operations.

8. Children’s Privacy

BindrTCG is a general-audience app for trading card collectors. It is not specifically directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent where required by law.

If a child uses BindrTCG, a parent or guardian should supervise the use of the app, especially when uploading images, syncing an account, making purchases, or sharing binder page images outside the app.

We do not knowingly sell children’s personal information. We do not show third-party ads.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information or uploaded content without appropriate permission, please contact us at bindrtcg@gmail.com so we can review and delete the information where required.

9. User Uploads and Shared Content

You are responsible for the images and content you upload to BindrTCG. You should not upload content that you do not have the right to use, content that violates another person’s privacy, or content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing.

Binder page sharing is controlled by the user. If you choose to share a binder page image outside the app, the shared image may be copied, saved, or redistributed by others depending on where you share it.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

BindrTCG may use or link to third-party services, including authentication providers, app stores, Firebase, Google services, and card data APIs.

Third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

11. International Users

BindrTCG is available worldwide. Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including countries where Firebase, Google Cloud, Apple, Google, or other service providers operate.

By using the app, you understand that your information may be processed in other countries where privacy laws may differ from the laws in your country.

12. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete your account or data, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or request information about how your data is used.

You can exercise these rights by using in-app account deletion features or by contacting us at bindrtcg@gmail.com.

13. Marketing Notifications

We may send app update, marketing, or promotional notifications if notifications are enabled. You can opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings.

We do not send third-party advertising notifications.

14. No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising. We do not currently show ads in BindrTCG.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users by updating the “Last updated” date, showing an in-app notice, or using another appropriate method.

Your continued use of BindrTCG after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
